Capstone Partners advised Bessemer Investors on its closing of a senior secured credit facility to fund the acquisition of Legacy Restoration. The financing was led by Tree Line Capital and Bridge Bank.
Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Plymouth, MN, Legacy Restoration is a leading insurance restoration and remodeling company, primarily serving the major metropolitan markets of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Chicagoland and Denver. Legacy provides a suite of products and services including roofing, window replacements, siding, gutters and storm damage restoration. The Company serves a variety of end markets including residential, multifamily, and commercial.
