Capstone Advised Cygilant on Its Sale to SilverSky
Capstone Partners advised Cygilant, Inc. on its acquisition by SilverSky Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Cygilant, a portfolio company of Arrowroot Capital, is a managed security services provider (MSSP) with a 20+ year history serving customers primarily in the financial, healthcare, and education markets. Headquartered in Boston with security operations centers (SOCs) in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and Burlington, MA, Cygilant offers world-class cybersecurity-as-a-service and threat intelligence capabilities. This acquisition expands SilverSky’s global footprint and increases access to the highly regulated European markets.
