Capstone Partners’ Financial Advisory Services (FAS) group has issued a fairness opinion in conjunction with the formation of a continuation vehicle for Bluewater Thermal Solution, a portfolio company of Aterian Investment Partners.
Capstone analyzed the financial aspects of a series of transactions contemplated by Aterian Investment Partners in connection with Bluewater Thermal Solutions. Capstone’s opinion provided assurance to Aterian and investors in Bluewater Thermal Solutions that the proposed transactions were fair from a financial point of view.
