Josh Phillips

Josh is a Vice President on Capstone’s Corporate Investment Banking team based in Boston, MA. He has over five years of investment banking experience executing M&A transactions focusing on middle market companies. He has experience across a number of industries, including Consumer & Retail, Technology, Business Services, and Industrials.

Prior to joining Capstone, Josh worked at Toronto-based FirePower Capital in their M&A Group advising clients on a variety of transactions, including buy and sell-side M&A advisory and capital raises.
