Chris, Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets at Capstone, focuses on the firm’s origination and distribution capabilities for clients looking to raise equity capital. He has over 25 years of investment banking experience raising equity capital for companies across numerous industries and has helped raise $20 billion globally for clients for growth and expansion, vehicle formation, rollup and industry consolidation strategies, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and dividends and refinancings. His industry experience includes Consumer, Infrastructure, Software, Cybersecurity, E-Commerce, Supply Chain and Logistics, Financial Services, Mining, Manufacturing, Distribution, Automotive, Construction, Hospitality, Environmental Testing, and Business Services.

Prior to joining Capstone, Chris was a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets at Houlihan Lokey. He also was the head of the Equity Private Placement Group at DC Advisory/Signal Hill. Previously, he held equity private placement positions at Credit Suisse, Bear Stearns, and Cantor Fitzgerald.

Chris’ notable recent transaction experience includes advising on capital raises for Infrastructure Networks by Apollo Group, Primary Group by an undisclosed Sovereign Wealth Fund, Plant Automation Systems by Tinicum, Broadway Technology by Long Ridge Equity, Robotiq by Battery Ventures, Fashionphile by Newspring Capital, and Marketfactory by Ion Group. Chris also raised $600 million in equity capital for Cantor Commercial Real Estate from CIM Group, and $2 billion for Tygris Commercial Finance from a syndicate of investors.
