Capstone Partners’ Technology, Media, & Telecom Group Deepens Specialization in Media Sector

Boston, MA – Capstone Partners, a leading middle market investment banking firm, is enhancing its Technology, Media, & Telecom (TMT) Industry coverage with the recent addition of Managing Director Gretchen Tibbits. Tibbits offers in-depth knowledge of the Media sector, leveraging extensive experience working with consumer-facing and content-driven companies in the space. Her expertise adds significant breadth to the firm’s TMT Group and complements its existing areas of specialty.

Tibbits, based in New York, NY, joined the firm from DC Advisory, an international investment banking firm, where she led the U.S. Media and Entertainment practice. Prior to her career in investment banking advisory, Gretchen held various leadership and operational roles over 25 years at a diverse group of companies in the Media sector. Most recently, she served as President and COO of lifestyle publishing company LittleThings.

Notable transactions Gretchen has advised on include Trusted Media Brands’ merger with Jukin Media and a series of ten acquisitions made by Outside, an active lifestyle media company.
