Capstone Partners was a special adviser to the International Leadership of Texas (ILT) Charter School System in the purchase and financing of two of their school facilities in Grand Prairie and Katy, Texas that were built and completed in 2016. Prior to completing the purchase ILT leased the two facilities.
The $53 million bond offering was purchased by Hamlin Capital Management who will be the sole lender to the Grand Prairie and Katy facilities. ILT is the owner and will maintain operating control.
