Capstone Partners announced today that it advised Nelson Pipeline Constructors, a leading utility contractor specializing in the construction of underground sewer, water and storm sewer pipelines on its sale to a leading investor group led by successful housing executive, Patrick J. Beirne, who partnered with Axis Private Equity Group and Navigator Partners, private equity firms dedicated to investing in profitable businesses in the middle market.
