Capstone Partners has advised ARC, who operates as a CNC machining company. Its services include precision CNC milling and turning, on their sale to Exclusive Networks. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of San Marcos, CA ARC also does swiss screw machining, wire EDM, production manufacturing, and custom prototyping such as engineering, design, and fabrication services.
