Capstone Partners LLC, a national investment banking firm, announced that its client, The AME Group, has acquired the assets of Certified I.T. and related technology, iTricity. The acquisition will provide The AME Group with expanded customer channels to augment its recurring managed services offerings. The purchase of Certified I.T. and iTricity also adds geographic coverage to enhance AME’s current client accounts and related service levels. Capstone has served as investment banking advisor to The AME Group since 2004.
