Alex Alekseev is a Director in Capstone’s Financial Advisory Services group. As a results-oriented business transformation practitioner with over 20 years of professional experience in consulting and operations, he has successfully led and executed multimillion-dollar programs to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Throughout his career in consulting and in operations, Alex identified and helped implement $100M+ of cross-functional value creation initiatives. His industry and sector experience spans sectors such as Infrastructure, Automotive, Manufacturing, Metals and Mining, Wholesale Distribution, Food Processing, B2B Services, Education, and Healthcare.
Alex develops data-based solutions, deploying data analytics tools and using the ERP infrastructure to identify value creation opportunities, build economic models, run scenario analysis, and identify optimal implementation tactics. Alex believes that, as successful outcome is brought about by people, establishing a collaborative working environment, understanding and addressing stakeholder’s needs, and effectively managing change – is what forges success and helps retain the efficiencies in an organization in the long run.
Alex is a founder of Applied BI, a performance improvement consultancy, and has previously been with Grant Thornton, KPMG, and PwC.
