Christopher Cardinale

Chris is a Director within Capstone’s Industrials Investment Banking Group with over 11 years of experience serving clients on transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, carveouts, divestitures, recapitalizations and capital raises. Based in Orange County, CA, he supports management and clients throughout the U.S. Chris’ sector focus is Environmental, Health & Safety, with additional experience in Facilities Services, Packaging, Precision Manufacturing, Chemicals and Industrial Distribution.

Prior to joining Capstone, he was an associate with a boutique M&A firm focused on valuation, M&A advisory, corporate finance, acquisition target research and exit-planning strategy, and was a research analyst at United Capital Financial Advisors. Chris was born and raised in Southern California and resides there with his wife and three young children.
