Jack is a member of Capstone’s Financial Advisory Services group. He is highly successful at initiating and negotiating complex transactions, including debt restructurings and acquisitions. He has extensive mergers & acquisitions experience, including due diligence, valuation, terms, and deal structure, and he’s an accomplished, strategic business partner and pragmatic, energetic leader. Jack is proficient in analyzing complex transaction structures and identifying essential credit and risk issues, with an emphasis on distressed companies.
Before joining Capstone Partners, Jack ran a solo consulting practice for over five years, where he established himself as a collaborative leader with excellent financial understanding enabling him to take complex financial and accounting principles and relate them to all levels of the organization. He couples superior analytical abilities and a creative mind with diverse industry experience and intuition to provide valuable insights and actionable ideas. Before starting his firm, Jack created and ran a consulting practice for a national law firm for 14 years and served as a Director of M&A for 7 years for one of the world’s leading financial institutions.
