Capstone professionals promoted to Senior Director:

• Brad Harrop, based in Denver, CO, has been promoted to Senior Director within Capstone’s Debt Advisory Group. Brad recently advised MNI Holdings on a capital raise to refinance its existing credit facility and fund the company’s latest acquisition.
• Adam Morris, based in Denver, CO, has been promoted to Senior Director within Capstone’s Debt Advisory Group. Adam recently advised Century Equity Partners, a leading middle market private equity firm, on a capital raise to fund the recapitalization of its newest platform company, Lumenci, Inc. He also served as a lead contributor on our latest Middle Market Leveraged Finance Report, highlighting key lending metrics and trends observed throughout 2024 and expectations for borrowing conditions in 2025.

• Ryan Byrd, based in Denver, CO, has been promoted to Director within Capstone’s Financial Advisory Services Group. Ryan’s expertise spans a diverse range of functions including turnaround & restructuring, performance improvement, and financial transformation.
• Nate Grow, based in Chicago, IL, has been promoted to Director within Capstone’s Consumer Investment Banking Group, where he will maintain a specialized focus on advising businesses in the Food & Beverage and Consumer Products sectors.

• Erik Morandi, based in Detroit, MI, has been promoted to Vice President within Capstone’s Financial Advisory Services Group.
• Caleb Bruce, based in Denver, CO, has been promoted to Vice President on Capstone’s Building Products & Construction Services Investment Banking Team.
• Sam Louie, based in Orange County, CA, has been promoted to Vice President within Capstone’s Industrials Investment Banking Group.
