Capstone Partners Announces Two Internal Promotions to Managing Director
The firm expands its list of “home-grown” career investment banking professionals.
Boston, MA – Capstone Partners, a leading middle market investment banking firm, is pleased to announce that two of its senior-level professionals—Harvey Mason, Financial Advisory Services, and Yogesh Punjabi, Consumer Investment Banking—have been promoted to Managing Director. This accomplishment is testament to the exceptional leadership and expertise each has contributed the firm.
Harvey Mason is a Managing Director in Capstone Partners’ Financial Advisory Services (FAS) Group. He has wide-ranging experience helping business owners, investors, and management teams navigate the many stages of their business journeys. Over the course of his 10+ years at Capstone, Mason has provided transaction advisory, interim management, financial advisory, operational consulting, forensic, turnaround and restructuring, and insolvency services to clients across a wide range of industries. He has additionally spearheaded business development initiatives within the FAS Group beyond his advisory duties.

Yogesh Punjabi joined Capstone Partners’ Consumer Investment Banking Group in 2019, immediately demonstrating noteworthy dedication to the firm and its clients. He has deep investment banking expertise across mergers & acquisitions, financial advisory, and capital raising, with a specific focus on the Automotive Aftermarket sector. Prior to joining Capstone, he was a Senior Vice President at Jefferies, also focused on transactions in the Automotive Aftermarket sector including advising automotive parts manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, retailers, and service providers. In 2020, Punjabi was named an Emerging Leader in the industry by M&A Advisor.
