Capstone Partners Recognized for Work on Ohio Art Acquisition of Allstate Can
Capstone Partners was honored as a finalist in several award categories by The M&A Advisor.
Boston, MA – Capstone Partners, a leading middle-market investment banking firm, is pleased to announce that its engagement on behalf of the Ohio Art Company during its acquisition of Allstate Can Corporation has been recognized by the M&A Advisor, which named the transaction its 2024 Consumer Discretionary Deal of the Year under $50MM.
