Capstone Partners has advised Continuous Computing, who designs and manufactures integrated systems and services that enable network equipment providers to deploy next generation networks (NGN), on their sale to Radisys. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of San Diego, CA Continuous Computing focuses on the needs of deep packet inspection, femtocell, and 3G/LTE wireless markets. With the acquisition Radisys stated that they are excited to work with Continuous Computing’s team and their high value product portfolio of software and ATCA platforms.
