Capstone Partners advised Delta Solutions & Strategies—a provider of professional services across the U.S. Space Force, Air Force, Army, Navy, Special Forces, and Unified Combatant Commands—on its sale to Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation (UIC), to join its Bowhead Family of Companies.
