Capstone Partners advised Qualfon Corp, an international business process and contact center outsourcing services company, on its acquisition of Data Control Group (DCG), a business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in back-office processing for the title, mortgage, banking, insurance, and a variety of other industries. DCG now adds the United States and China geographies to Qualfon’s existing global footprint of Mexico, the Philippines, Costa Rica, and Guyana. DCG will become a division of Qualfon called Qualfon Data Services Group (DSG). This is one of two acquisitions for Qualfon that Capstone Partners has advised on.
