Capstone Partners, advised System Solutions of Kentucky, LLC (SSK or the Company), a leading designer, manufacturer and installer of both manual and automated conveyor and sortation systems for the parcel, baggage and other material handling industries, on its sale to Lummus Corporation (Lummus).

Founded in 2003, SSK has evolved into a versatile and recognized name in the industry both domestically and internationally. The Company has further expanded its capabilities to include patented products and control designs. Lummus will offer its vast resources to support the increased demands of the parcel and e-commerce customers. SSK management will remain at the Company and work with the Lummus team to continue driving growth.
