Capstone Partners has advised Crystal Voice, a real-time Internet proocol company, on their sale to Global IP Solutions (Gips) Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Santa Barbara, CA Crystal Voice worked areas such as click-to-talk and remote extension with large OEMs, including Cisco Systems, Avaya and 3Com. Gips said with the acquisition the Crystal Voice sales team brings expertise in working with enterprise-oriented OEMs.
