Capstone Partners has advised D&D Tire Inc, a full-service tire dealer – construction, mining, trucking and auto, on their sale to Purcell Tire & Rubber Company (Purcell). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Fernley, NV D&D Tire is a large commercial and OTR tire dealer. Purcell and D&D Tire share a commitment to driving growth and market share for their vendors and providing customers with quality products and services. With the acquisition Purcell receives 10 tire service centers located across Nevada and Southern Idaho; mine servicing sites in eight states, including Alaska; an OTR repair facility in Nevada; and a retreading plant in Idaho. Together they hope to accomplish building their reputations for quality, service and outstanding workforces.
