Capstone Partners Advises Eagle Automation on its Majority Investment from Featheringill Capital
Capstone Partners, has successfully advised Eagle Automation (the Company), a distributor of automation & measurement (A&M) solutions to the upstream oil & gas industry, on its majority recapitalization with Featheringill Capital.
