Capstone Partners has advised Fabric, who provides managed services and unified communication solutions, on their sale to Advanced Computer Software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of London, Fabric services 160 UK mid-market customers in banking and other professional services sectors. The company has a strong track record of work across many verticals including finance, legal, professional services and education. Advanced Computer Software believed with the acquisition they would immediately see earnings enhancing with strong recurring revenues.
