Capstone Partners, a leading national investment banking firm, announced that it has successfully advised Micro Design Services, LLC, the leader in the design and development of sophisticated software products for the world’s largest financial exchanges, on the sale of substantially all of its assets to SS&C Technologies, Inc., a global provider of financial services software and outsourcing solutions.
