Capstone Partners has advised Sky Mobile Media, a provider of software solutions and applications software platforms for the wireless handset industry, on their sale to an undisclosed handset OEM. Terms of deal were not disclosed.
Based out of San Diego, CA Sky Mobile Media is a leading provider of application software platforms for the wireless industry, and e-SIM Ltd, a leading provider of Man Machine Interface solutions for mobile handsets, have reached an understanding pursuant to which SKY will purchase substantially all of the assets of e-SIM.
