Capstone Partners has advised Strix Systems, a designer and manufacturer of wireless mesh networking technology products and solutions, on their sale to IDream Holdings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Santa Clara, CA Strix Systems offers Access/One network outdoor wireless systems, IWS indoor systems, hot-spot system hot zone, network edge wireless systems, and network mobile wireless systems. The company also provides Manager/One, a software interface that provides the network management personnel complete configuration, monitoring, statistics, fine-tuning, and customer assistance control over the wireless mesh network’s operation. Further, Strix Systems serves energy and water utilities, manufacturing, hospitality, enterprises, and residential markets. The company offers its products through distributors and integrators worldwide.
