Capstone Partners, a leading national investment banking firm, announced that it has successfully advised Veroxity Technology Partners BT (Veroxity) on its recapitalization with Banc of America Capital Investors (BACI), through the creation of Veroxity Holdings, Inc.
Veroxity, a leading provider of critical optical data networks, selected private equity firm Banc of America Capital Investors to invest equity capital in Veroxity to further expand the company’s operations domestically and internationally. Capstone served as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Veroxity.
