Capstone Partners has advised Xumii, a mobile social address book, provides mobile products for consumer markets in the United States and internationally, on their sale to Myriad Mobile Software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of San Mateo, CA the company offers Xumii Facebook, Xumii iPhone, and Xumii Mobile applications, as well as Xumii Groups (beta) for PCs and mobile phones. Also its products allow connecting with friends using other social networks or instant messaging services. Not only can you swap messages with Xumii one can also swap photos and gifts on a mobile wall.
