Capstone Partners has advised Netcall, who provides end-to-end customer engagement software and services for the healthcare, public, and private sectors, on their acquisition of Serengeti Systems. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire Netcall offers Liberty, a technology platform that manages contacts, content, and data for an organization while optimizing the efficiency of their workforce and business processes; and business process management software, as well as provides enterprise content management solutions. Netcall is considered a a leading customer engagement software provider, and with the acquisition they are expected to see earnings enhance.
